Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Returns will only be accepted for purchases made online at www.altaika.com and in accordance with Return Policy as represented herein. If you are not satisfied with items purchased at www.altaika.com, you can return your purchase within 10 days of receipt as confirmed by the courier company for a refund in the form of original payment of the bought item (shipping cost not included). The amount reimbursed will be the amount in US dollars your credit/debit charge card was charged for the item minus the shipping cost.
For reimbursement, all tags must still be attached to the item and the returned item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged) and original shipping container (packaging complete) with original invoice and order confirmation. In addition to the above requirements, we recommend that you use a shipping method that ensures our actual receipt of the item to Altaika, otherwise, if we do not receive the item you purchased, the item is considered Not Returnable.
We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for any returns. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the item(s) back to us. We are not responsible for items lost-in-transit and do not refund shipping fees.

We will gladly exchange a shipped and purchased item for online store credit only. We will exchange an item β subject to the above conditions β for your original purchase price plus or minus the difference in the price of the replacement item as shown on the www.altaika.com website plus shipping costs and other required charges. In addition, a restocking charge of 25% of the original purchase price on all returned items will be applied to the price of the replacement item.
We will send you a similar item (not the same because each item is unique) only upon our receipt of the wrongly-shipped merchandise and only after your confirmation that the replacement item, as represented on the www.altaika.com website, is acceptable.
